Stay well clear of ACER. Their support service is rude and unhelpful. My laptop was sent to a wrong address after a warranty "repair" (that didn't fix the problem). When I rang to complain after finding this out from the delivery company, asking where's my laptop, ACER guy was so rude to me and accused me of purposely giving a wrong address to ACER and said that it was my fault! Why would anyone give them an incorrect address?? I had many more bad experiences with ACER
