Back to wall toilet seat wobbles?

My toilet seat is moving from side to side, I can't see where to tighten it up as it is a back to wall toilet so all the bits are hidden - can you help

have seen this many times in my years
if the floor is level ? its most likley the pan base has a high spot. You can check this by turnng the pan upside down and using a falt object. ie i flat board.

touching the board will give you the same wobble you encounterd on the floor ..file or gring the the high spot off test it .

unfortunately i can't give you a specific answer but hopefully this will help at the rear of the seat there will be two brackets one either side the screw to tighten the seat wil be under the coverplate of the bracket depending on the manufacturer the coverplate either slides off or pulls off it doesn't need a lot of force you then just need to tighten the screw to secure the seat
