Following your instructions to previous customer, the tape ejected (thanks) but now when the machine is switched on there is a series of clicks, just as when the tape was stuck. After about 8 clicks it stops and everything is okay until I switch on again, or try to open tape drawer. Is there something I can do to stop this.

I have the same problem. I assume that you were able to rotate one of the nylon pulleys from the underside to eject. I think that what is required is a new belt but do not have the tools or the knowledge to get into the system to replace. If you find out how to do this would appreciate it if you could share that knowledge.
