My Alpha Ocean 240E boiler won't fire up completely. The repair man said there was no power getting to the fan? Could it be the PCB board needs replacing as he suggested? Or is it just the relay on the board?
Has anyone else fixed this problem?

If it's a relay on the pcb, then it's the pcb. Unless you know someone who repairs pcbs
