i have no hot water through my WB greenstar 30si combi boiler???

hi, for some reason my boiler is not giving out any hot water, the green light is not lit up-think its the pilot light and when i press reset it isnt making a difference. also the blue light is flashing continuously, does any one know what this means? have a 3yr old and no hot water-not very good! any help greatly appreciated!

First, does the heating work?
If yes then it's probably the diverter valve or the electrical switch at the end of the valve not working - here you will need a "gas safe" [was Corgi] plumber
If heating NOT working then check the water pressure gauge. Should be between 1 & 2 bar
Operate the fill tap to the boiler until the pressure is right
Further problem - email back
