How can i fix my Beko fridge/freezer?

I have a Beko fridge freezer, the freezer works but the fridge doesnt. Am i able to just get the gas refilled in the fridge section?

you haven't put the model but in fairness there are very few units which have 2 seperate system and usually if the freezer works but the fridge doesn't then it is an auto defrost issue or the fan in the back of the freezer not working
