The code on the radio is keyed to the engine management system. So if the radio that's now in the car isn't the original one, you've got no way of doing this except by paying a Nissan dealer a small fortune! (I bought same car/vintage, which someone had just put any old micra radio back in to when it was on the forecourt to sell. Same problem.) In the end, cheaper just to buy a new radio/CD player!
