Hi, any help gratefully received. Lost the option to see where programmes were stored and it showed a games option its never had. Spoke to Humax who said must be hard disk problem and needs new one. Surfed internet to find this site and seems lots of people have Humax HD problems so I want to try to fix it, if poss, without having to buy a new one as I can't afford it.

Took ariel out, switched off and then on as had seen that other people have done hard re-set that way but after it seems to load software just freezes with blue screen saying please wait. Is it dead or does anyone know a way to reboot. Thanks!!!
