The battery of my laptop has never worked. When I took it back to PC World where I got it from, they said that I need to get it from Dell Laptops online. I do not understand why a brand new laptop will not work.

I asked for them to replace the laptop, but they refused. If I do not get a free battery from Dell, I will never get another Dell Product. I have used dell desk tops in my businesses and replacing them, I will think twice which product to go for.

The trouble was buying it from PC World!! I had a new Dell inspiron, the charger didn't work, I contacted Dell direct and a technician came out free of charge to fit the new charger! Don't do PC World!

not being funny but it was a wrong thing to buy was a dell ive had 2 dell's now nothing but trouble never again im afraid.
