i have a 28i junior greenstar and the blue light is flashing rapidly ?

my greenstar 28i junior has a flashing blue light rapidly only after a minute of turning on and i have no hot water or heating???
a plumber has repaired the leak i had, and now replaced the pcb but the fault is still there

The new pcb has been left in test mode. Get the engineer back to switch it to normal and it will be good as new.
