camera screen is white with some very pale stripes running up and down I can push the button and the camera will flash - I can not see anything on the screen but white -- does the camera need to be reset - what is happening --- I was on vacation and had used it all day had it on a cord around my neck - then when I was taking a picture it showed the picture on the screen I wanted to take but it did not take it it just turned white. Please, Please help me if you can Yhank you
