The machine won't drain, and makes a rattling sound. Has something gone wrong with the pump?

most drain pumps will be located in the base of the machine,
a rough guide to find pump is is follow the drain hose back into the machine.
most are held by in a couple of self tapping screws, a couple of pipe clamps, and the electrical connections,
check inside pump for obstructions
