Unblocking a blocked E-Mail?

I operate Outlook Express on Windows XP. While blocking
Spam ( Message/block sender etc.) I accidentally blocked
a friend's message and cannot see how to rectify.
Any ideas would be gratefully received.

Goto TOOLS---->MESSAGE RULES---->BLOCKED SENDERS LIST. Select you friends email address and click REMOVE.
