e machine mobo 478b?
mobo is 'imperial_G 20020828' no: 134218. memory, and power supply changed 4 times (All Different makes, and mem stick size) same result. cpu and case fans on, leds on, no bios post. all individual units work in other machines, it's like someone 'Locked' the bios?
