Could you supply a little more info regarding your problem?
1)What operating system your using?
2)How long has this fault been going on? and when did you first notice it?
3)does the problem occur when printing from any application?
4) have you installed or removed any software recently?
After checking the HP website the fault your are experiencing is known issue with hp under windows 98 caused by low resources.
