If you mean to get UK Freeview there is no chance that a terrestrial digital TV (DVB-T) will be able to do that there even with an outdoor aerial.
As to a dish, you can't connect a dish to a DVB-T TV. A dish needs a satellite digital set top box (DVB-S) or a TV with built-in DVB-S tuner. In any case that will not pick up Freeview but may be able to pick up Freesat.
