when i switch it on goes to set up get up to select voice then it goes back to the beginning of set up have done restore but no luck

Your not alone...Every Forum you read says exactly the same thing....Mine is exactly the same...But worked out it might be the map..As it works in USA...Try someones map..

Been on to TomTom there utter rubbish..!
There site is under repair and you cant even download maps!
So many have same problem.
