Don't know a lot about this make aircon machine but it sounds as though the condense tube has come away from the underside of the condenser tray. if possible, take the back off and check the runaway tube, normally on the bottom of a drip tray under the condenser unit; it usually fixes on with a jubilee clip, If it has come off, put it back on and tighten the clip. if it is still connected there may be a split in the tube somewhere and the water is not getting to the tray at the bottom of the unit.
