HE24 is dead?

I know this question has been asked this month but I can't see an answer. My ideal HE24 icos is dead with no LED. Main fuse is OK etc. Am a council tenant and they won't come out for 4 days. Please help.

need new pcb cost £200 plus common fault on ideal boilers changed around 10 myself this year as i am a fitter
