reset button flashing?

I have no hot water! The Worcester Greenstar Junior 28i reset button is flashing and when I turn the hot water tap on the boiler does not fire up. The pressure bar was very low for some reason this morning. I have turned the pressure up to the required level. Can anyone help

Have you tried resetting the boiler. Press the flashing light it is also a button.
