would really like to a diagram of said pump wires.. just been given one of these not knowing it has this problem.. apparently worked fine when saw it in their house

Did you manage to sort it? I have the same model and the same problem.

the handbook says drainage problem, check the filter for blockage, if it's not blocked check wires haven't come off pump. if both ok the pump is probably gone.
