I have a 97 grand cherokee V8 and the graphic display or i guess vehicle information center keeps giving me a warning that says rear lamp failure i have nothing out all my tail lights have been changed and everything and also when we did change the rear tail lights it did go off but when we got in and started the jeep up, as soon as we hit the break thats when the two blinking lights came back on saying rear lamp failure

it could be your brake switch which is under
the brake pedal , these are normally inexpensive
so worth changing .
