how do i get door lock out of upvc door to replace it as my kids have lost the keys for the door

Have a look on the barrel on the outside of the door and you will hopefully see a small drill icon. use a minimum of 8mm HSS (High Speed Steel ) bit and drill through the icon point. It may take a while but persevere you will hear the drill breaking through the cylinder locks usually about 6 of them, once you are through the last one the door should open as normal
