I've looked at my error code chart, but there is nothing stated for 9 flashes & beeps. I press the cancel button, but the 9 flashes & beeps continue. The only way to reset the washer and get it to work again is to unplug it. The washer will work normally for a couple of washes and then the 9 beeps and flashes return.

Sears has come out and "supposedly" fixed the problem. The tech didn't really know what was wrong with the washer. He thinks I had a bad door lock. He changed the lock and a week later....you guessed it....9 flashes & beeps. Today I wait for another tech from Sears to fix the problem.

Any ideas what the 9 flashes & beeps stand for????

Hello,

Have you tried putting the washer into diagnostic mode by refering to your tech sheet? Maybe then, you can get an error code and troubleshoot from there. Sorry, I do not know much about these washers.
