How can I fix my worcester 9.24 electronic?

How can I stop the pilot light from going out and the boiler from making a loud noise when ever you run the hot water.

Sounds like you have insufficient water going through your heat exchanger. This could be a pump fault.YOur pump has a varible setting -1 to 3 turn the pump dial to max.This may help.If not it will mean a pump replacement.
