when i turn my laptop on it tells me that it needs to be restarted it then goes through normal startup mode and when it gets to windows loading it turns off and then restarts.i have tested it and all systems are ok although error 301 comes up i have checked all keys and they seem to be fine please help

Try a trip to www.lenovo.com. Download the Hardware Maintenance Manual and then follow the diagnostic procedure in it.
