Problem with pressure in my Falcon combi boiler?

The water pressure on my Falcon combi boiler has dropped to zero. How can I raise this to 1.5, please?

there should be silverflex pipe connected to one of heating pipe and cold supply and lever or screw valve to turn to fill pressure to the system and close after to 1.5bar
