I have a diplomat dishwasher which runs through the programs but does not heat the water. always cold washes. Have changed the heater element . still does notsolve problem. tried the 4 button set thing.does not work for me. can not find the blackplastic drain point. Would appreciate some thoughts on this. Couldit be the program board.
