what do u mean water runs out. open the blue valve water should fill if it doesnt they do stick from inside if the havent been used in a while. u will need to turn of water supply remover cover and undo the assembly its all push fit clip fitted inside the vale theres a small ball push it down then refit and it will work download the pdf manual and look at changing filling loop hope his helps
