pull out the soap drawer and look up at the water jets, they will very likely be filled with a black slime which is a bacteria in our water supply (nice) and diverts the water into the wrong tray on the conditioner cycle
use a toothbrush and maybe some thin wire to poke it all out and this may solve your problem.
also check your syphon is clear on the soap drawer as these get blocked with conditioner. wash it out with hot water
Alternatively, you could have a faulty water valve which would need replacing
