how can i fix my Glow-worm boiler?

when i have my hot water turned on my upstairs radiators get hot .this didn't happen before.can anyone tell me why ?

probably an air lock in your radiators, air goes to the highest point, very easy to rectify though, you will need a radiator key and you open the small valve on the radiators and allow the air to escape until water comes out. It may be worth doing this without the heating turned on, then do it again with the heating turned on. Do it a couple of times to ensure its fee from air. Hope this helps

There's often an electro mechanical valve to direct the heated water to the storage tank or the radiators or both at the same time - Mid Position Valve - sometimes it gets stuck.
