My TV screen is black and there is a red lock on the left hand side of my TV.My remote control dont have f button to push with mute button.Can anyone please help!!to unlock my TV.

tv dont power on stay in standby i put in a clean eprom 24c08a and set switch on with slighly frame problem and little snowy pictures not to bad. defenitly eprom problem looking for ,bin file.

Called a local TV repair see below and they recommended holding down each key in the bottom two rows of the remote for 10 sec or more. I tried one by one and the blue key on the 2nd row from the bottom unlocked it. Hold it down for 10 sec and bingo. It's unlocked. Thanks BBR. See below.
