Whilst moving the Sky+ the cable into input 2 fell out. I tightened it up, replaced it and followed all troubleshooting instructions, but still only have one input working (can only watch or record one programme at a time). Sky Help says either socket or cable damaged. Can I sort this myself or do I need an engineer?
