my 9" vent axia wall fan runs very slowly and if a back draught of wind should come it stops the blades going and the blades are not loose i gave it good clean still same
I have a similar problem and the bearings are free. I wrote to Vent Axia and all they came up with was the bearings must be seized- no other suggestion. I wonder if there is or should be a capacitor in circuit?
