font not working?

I know how to change font size on m s office. Used to work but now page setup A4 looks like A5. Font 16 is barely visible & smaller than what font 10 should be. How can I correct this please?

Check your zoom setting. It looks like it's about 50% of what it should be.

A5 is half the dimentions of A4, 16 points zoomed out by 50% looks like 8 points.
