how can i fix my ferroli modena 80e combi ?

I recenntly had a new fan fitted on my ferroli modena 80e and now whenever it rains water gets in to the fan and air pressure switch resulting in lockout. It has a verticle flue fitted through the roof any help would be greatly appreciated.
