my grandmother had bought three of these mine always seen to be a little louder than hers and now after it sat all summer i go to turn it on and its making this really loud noise like a motor is rocking and about to blow up how do i fix this

you dont,the motor bearings are worn,(common fault)
all you can do is replace the motor,
