hot water but no heating ?greenstar 24i?

we have hot water but no heating when i have set the remote programer to on - the boiler does nothing

change the batteries in the remote stat and check the reciever near to the boiler is getting signal when stat is calling for heat.you may need to pair the remote stat to boiler after changing batteries.
