hi my new i dentical light bulbs wont work the fan works and the heater works we only bought the fire for the fancy flame does anybody have a clue wats wrong thanx

I am having the same problem, after 1 month the bulbs failed.
I tried new bulbs but still no flame effect.
Fire is now with an electical repairer. apparently the contacts arent making contact as the screw in shaft is to long or something. which would explain why the damn things were screwed in so tight in the first place grrrr!

maybe you hav'nt screwed them in enough,they are a bit tight
