you will need to use the re install cd-roms that came with laptop, if you did not get them when you bought lappie, then you will need to buy all the programs from pc world or other pc suppliers. but one must ask, who would "sell" a laptop or any other type of pc without wiping it clean first. are you sure the seller was the owner?
