a recent purchase - neff microwave. i can close the door, but when i press the settings and then the start button, the door opens and the catch (on the microwave - not the door) starts clicking and looking at it, its trying to "grab on" to the latch on the door, which when i close the door, it cant do. door just keeps opening...needless to say - unit is only useful as a clock at the moment.

And no, Neff door problems are not usually an "easy fix" but depends on the model
