Drum filling with water even when not in use. Washers have been changed but the fault still persists

1 machine is either filling from the sink (hence changed the sink washer(s)!!!!!!!
2 more likely the inlet fill valve(s) are not seating (sediment/grit has come through the pipe stuck on the washer) this is now allowing the machine to fill could be on either the hot or cold if a H or C (twin fill machine)

your valves on the machine are drip feeding,or you have a prob with your drain,(water coming back into machine from the drain pipe)
