i have no sound even if i plug in the headphones, my children dropped the tv on the ground. i checked the case and the circuit board and it is not cracked at all, and all the wires are intact. their are no problems with the picture at all. how can i fix it?

if your certain that theres no cracks, which would be the most likely cause of your fault if the unit has been dropped then look around for any dry solder joints, its going to be 1 or the other
