Noise from flue?

I have a PowerMax 155 boiler and each time the burners kick in there is a noise coming out the flue like a fog horn

Consistent with a poor gas/air mix, the gas valve tends to 'drift' out of adjustment. Probably due to lack of servicing.

Needs a competent RGI to set correctly
