i have a phillps tv that squells so i take out the horizontal out and it is shorted> wile the transistor is out i check for voltage it was 76 vdc i know thats not right so i take off the crt board still 76 vdc check all caps, diodes till i came to a mosfet remove and the power goes to 140 vdc a little better iv worked on tv" s in the past. every thing after the mosfet looks good but something is drawing the power supply down and cant figure it out unless the fly back is shorted if any one knows any thing about this or what i could be missing ,thanks dave
