my kenwood microwave doesn`t responce?

when I put the plug in the electric socet there is no responce in the digital screen and the touch switches,it is not working at all....?

Hi, SAAD, the most likely problem with you microwave is that the door safety switches have failed, this really is a shop repair and not one I recommend for the untrained. See other entries here for the warning I post
