Boiler doesn't heat up?

Hi,

I have an Halstead Ace High boiler that was showing lockout but i topped the pressure up to 1.5bar and pressed the reset button underneath and now the boiler doesn't lock out but the water and CH doesn't warm up. Do you have any suggestions?
