How can I get the drum to work?

The drum on my wshing machine wont go round. It goes through the programme,water goes in and out ok but the drum wont go round during the wash or spin cycle. Its a Candy AutoSprint, model number CNA 166. Can you please help?

hi ann,it's either drive belt snapped or the motor will need new brushes,i believe u-tube has some post's showing how to replace both of these fault's
