As soon as I top-up water level to Bar 2, the pressure keeps dropping and then the boiler stop function. I have to keep on topping up the water level in order to have it working.

You have got a leak in the system, check the blow off pipe that runs to the outside of the building, if it is dripping water your pressure relief valve needs replacing, you will probably have some dirt under the seat.
Pressure valve may have lifted due to loss of air charge in pressure vessel.
