I've just cured a similar problem. It turned out to be a leak in the frame alongside the centre hinge. To see clearly it is necessary to unscrew the aluminium frame strip at the edge of the glass. It seems to have been caused by the aluminium strip digging into the frame as it tilts.
To prevent it happening again I had to trim and round off the top end of the aluminium strip on the moving part of the window. Side cutters and a file are adequate. Once modified replaced and checked that it didn't catch anywhere in the full range of movement.
To repair the frame I cleaned it all up, flattened down the frame where a sharp edge had been left sticking up and patched it with a piece of flashing tape.
As I type it is raining heavily but that particular bit of roof (inside!) is still completely dry.
